1. Reorganization, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Matters
   The Firm spends half its time on insolvency reorganization and liquidation matters including the representation of Trustees, Secured Creditors, Creditors Committees and Debtors in Chapter 7s, 11s, and in out-of-court workouts;

   The attorneys at the Firm dedicate a significant portion of their time to the practice of general corporate law and act as general counsel to numerous small and medium sized corporations. Corporate clients of the Firm range from small start-up operations to a well-established corporation with annual revenues in excess of $200 million;
   
   
3. Sales and Acquisitions
   The Firm represents clients in the sale and acquisition of businesses, assets, and real estate;
   
   
4. Commercial Law
   Commercial work has been a part of the Firm's practice since its inception in 1908. This area includes commercial collection and litigation and related matters such as mechanic's liens, bond claims, replevin, enforcement of judgments, construction litigation, and the representation of creditors in bankruptcy cases; and
   
   
5. Estate Planning and Administration of Estates
   The emphasis of the Firm is to work to establish long term estate planning strategies and to implement those strategies through the execution of such documents as wills, living wills, and trusts. In addition, the Firm administers estates and represents trustees and beneficiaries.
